Effective August 19, 2026. This policy covers pixie.sociofabric.com and sociofabric.com — the website. The Pixie app is not yet released; when it ships, it will carry its own policy, and its privacy is architectural rather than promised: post-quantum end-to-end encryption, on-device AI, and a server designed to be unable to read what it carries. The engineering notes document exactly how.
No cookies. No ads. No fingerprinting. No cross-site tracking. No data sales, no data sharing for marketing, no advertising profiles. The only thing you can give us on this site is an email address, and the only thing we use it for is telling you when you can have Pixie.
Waitlist. If you request access, we store your email address, when you asked, and which page you asked from. We use it solely to contact you about Pixie access. We never sell it, share it, or add it to any other list. To have it removed, reach us via the contact page and it will be deleted.
First-party analytics. The site measures itself with a beacon we wrote and host ourselves. Per page-load it records: a random identifier that exists only for that page-load (it is never stored on your device and cannot recognize you across visits), which sections you read and for how long, the page path, the referring page, and a country code. It stores no IP addresses and sets no cookies. It respects the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals — if either is on, the beacon never fires.
Server logs. Our edge provider (Cloudflare) serves the site; we keep aggregate request logs — path, status, user-agent string, country code — with no IP addresses stored. Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service, is also enabled.
Site data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in their distributed infrastructure. Waitlist emails and analytics live in separate databases, and analytics data contains nothing that identifies you.
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. The commitments in the short version — no cookies, no ads, no tracking, no selling — are the product's premise, not a version of the policy.
